Charmaine, the broker/owner of FIRST PROPERTIES has been involved in the Property industry for more than 34 years.

She started her career in properties with Landmark Properties in the Western Cape then moved on to Johan Griesel Properties in the Eastern Cape, then joined Reinette Estates after which she opened her own agency called First Properties.

She successfully ran First Properties for 7 years but was approached by the Re/Max brand to join Re/max independent in Port Elizabeth.  Here she worked as a real estate agent for about a year and then went on to manage the Re/Max independent Walmer branch for almost 2 years, but her heart was still in her own business so she ventured back on her own.

She specializes in Selling, Property Management rentals,  Holiday accommodation as well as managing student accommodation. She does not just go the extra mile, she really does go the extreme mile to keep her clients happy.
